Since 2013, we’ve provided high quality furniture, catering and tableware hire for all events, alongside an exceptional hire service: great communication, efficient delivery, competitive prices and a washing up service! We offer:
- Longer than normal hire periods
- Free furniture set up with delivery
- Kitchen set up and testing when hiring catering equipment
- Dedicated delivery fleet that includes 4×4 vehicles
- An office team in the office every week day between 9am and 5pm

- We have a dedicated office team who will deal directly with your queries every week day between 9am and 5pm – no AI at YES Hire.
- Delivery is carried out by trained staff who are experienced in rural deliveries (we aren’t scared of fields!). They’ll set up your furniture and kitchen equipment according to your requirements, and deliver crates to the most convenient spot.
- Our standard hires are up to five days of hire – with the industry standard being three. That means, if you wanted, you could get delivery on Thursday, and collection on Tuesday and not pay a penny more!
- We offer dirty return service. Put all your tableware items back into the boxes dirty for us to wash here. Save your time, or staff wages, and let us do the work!

Getting a quote for event and catering equipment hire is quick and easy with us. You can browse products, then add them to your basket by category, or browse everything at once if you need inspiration.
You can also use our quick quote option which displays our entire product range and allows you to add directly to the basket without clicking each product. You can browse all products in alphabetical order, or select by category for a more specific view. You can them just enter your required quantity for each product and add them all at once.
